Free registration with a verified email account and an approved application. No self-referrals. A customer source is permanent; referral links can be attributed for 30 days with tracking consent. Refunds cancel commissions and may create a balance to recover. Imports require documented provenance and communications require a valid marketing basis. Payouts require a confirmed PayPal address. Partners are responsible for their reporting obligations. Payout receipts are not self-billing invoices.
