Cookies, local storage and trackers used by SIOBuilder.

1. Purpose
This policy explains information stored on or read from your device by SIOBuilder, published by Branding Lab. Contact: hello@siobuilder.com.
2. Necessary technologies
These technologies support requested features and service security. They do not require measurement consent.

3. Audience and advertising measurement, with your consent
We offer two purposes: measuring audience and errors with PostHog, and measuring sign-ups and purchases attributable to Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads. For OpenAI, only the first paid subscription counts as a purchase: top-ups, renewals and later subscriptions are excluded. SIOBuilder does not use session recordings, personalised advertising or remarketing.
After consent, PostHog measures pages and generation, copying and profile actions. A technical identifier may link them to your account. Your name, email, briefs and HTML are not intentionally included. UTM parameters and click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, oppref) may be stored with your account. Google Tag Manager loads advertising tags only after consent. The OpenAI pixel may be loaded through this container or directly by the site, always after consent. A hashed technical account identifier helps match conversions and a stable event identifier helps deduplicate them.
With the same consent, our servers also send sign-up and purchase events to PostHog, which may forward conversions to Google Ads, and sign-ups, first paid subscriptions and journey milestones to the OpenAI Conversions API. PostHog continues measuring confirmed payments, including top-ups. Purchases use their tax-exclusive amount. Advertising providers receive technical information associated with browser requests.

4. Your choice and withdrawal
The banner lets you accept or decline both purposes with equal ease. Without a choice or after refusal, none of these optional tools is loaded. Your choice applies to the landing page and app in this browser for 180 days. An earlier consent limited to PostHog is requested again before advertising measurement.
The buttons at the top of this page let you change your mind. This page remains accessible through the Cookies link in the footer. Withdrawal stops collection and removes accessible optional trackers from this browser. For a signed-in account, your choice is sent to our servers and server events stop upon receipt. Previously transmitted events are not automatically deleted. Contact hello@siobuilder.com to exercise your rights.
5. External sign-in and payments
Google may set its own cookies on its domain during sign-in. Mollie may use cookies necessary for payment, authentication and fraud prevention. Optional trackers remain subject to any required consent.
6. Browser controls
You can remove cookies and storage in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may sign you out. Clearing siobuilder_projects removes local projects without automatically deleting a server copy.
