Withdrawal and cancellation

1. Withdrawal compared with cancellation

Withdrawal is a statutory right available to Consumers during the fourteen days after the contract is concluded. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal: it may be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

2. Immediate access and any amount payable

If you expressly requested immediate access and withdraw after performance began, only the part corresponding to the service supplied before your request may remain payable. It is calculated in proportion to the days elapsed in the monthly period or over 365 days for an annual plan, 366 where applicable. For a top-up, Sections already consumed may remain payable. The balance is refunded to the original payment method, without charge, within the statutory period.

Use of this form is optional. Any clear and unambiguous statement sent within the applicable period is sufficient. Until the dedicated online function is available, the request may be sent to hello@siobuilder.com.

4. Cancel renewal

Once online payments are enabled, cancellation will be available directly from the account, without requiring support contact. It does not interrupt the paid period and does not ordinarily trigger a refund for that period. Statutory and contractual exceptions are set out in the Terms of Sale.
