General Terms of Use

Rules governing access to, use of and rights in SIOBuilder.

Last updated : 20 September 2026

1. Purpose

SIOBuilder assists users in converting HTML or page briefs into Sections intended for use in Systeme.io. Supported components and known limitations may change as SIOBuilder and the third-party platform evolve. SIOBuilder is independent from Systeme.io.

2. Account security

Users must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect their login credentials. They are responsible for activity conducted through the account, except for fraudulent use not attributable to them, and must promptly report suspicious access. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to third parties without prior approval.

3. User Inputs

Users retain all rights in text, images, code, files, briefs and other content submitted to SIOBuilder (“Inputs”). They grant Branding Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide licence limited to the time and operations needed to host, technically adapt, analyse, secure and process Inputs and transmit required elements to technical providers involved in supplying the service.

This licence does not allow Branding Lab to use Inputs for advertising, public demonstrations or training its own models without separate consent. Users warrant that they hold all rights, permissions and lawful grounds required for their Inputs. They must not submit unnecessary sensitive data, passwords, secrets, API keys or third-party confidential information.

4. Rights in Results

Users may use, reproduce, modify, integrate and commercialise Results, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and elements owned by Branding Lab or third parties. For each individually delivered and paid Result, to the extent Branding Lab owns transferable economic rights, it assigns to the User the rights of reproduction, representation, communication, adaptation, translation, integration, distribution and commercial exploitation, worldwide, for all lawful purposes, on all media known on the delivery date and for the statutory protection period. Consideration is included in the service price.

No moral rights, third-party rights, SIOBuilder elements or third-party components are assigned. Purely synthetic Results may not qualify for copyright. SIOBuilder does not guarantee legal originality, uniqueness or exclusivity, and similar Results may be supplied to other users.

5. Automated generation and Systeme.io limitations

Results may contain errors, omissions, approximations or unsuitable choices. SIOBuilder does not guarantee pixel-perfect reproduction, compatibility with every codebase, script, effect or component, that no manual adjustment will be needed, any commercial outcome, the complete absence of similarity with third-party material or unchanged operation after changes to Systeme.io. Users must review, test and correct every Result before publication and remain responsible for the final page, its statements, offer and compliance.

These technical limitations do not exclude mandatory statutory guarantees.

6. Successful Sections and technical failures

A technical failure means that no Result is produced, the Result cannot be exported or it is technically unusable due to a SIOBuilder malfunction. It is not charged or gives rise to a restored Section. An exportable Result usable in Systeme.io may count as successful even if reasonable manual changes are required. A successful voluntary regeneration consumes another Section; internal retries and re-exports are free. These rules cannot deem a Result conforming where it breaches a statutory guarantee or an essential characteristic expressly promised.

7. Prohibited uses

Users must not use SIOBuilder to:

  • commit or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or phishing activity;
  • create malware, data-theft mechanisms or security circumvention tools;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights;
  • sexually exploit minors or encourage unlawful violence;
  • process personal data without sufficient rights or lawful grounds;
  • disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent the service beyond statutory rights;
  • resell access without authorisation or expose the service or its providers to a manifestly serious legal, contractual or security risk.

8. Enforcement

Branding Lab may take proportionate measures to prevent abuse, protect the service, respond to reports or comply with law. Prior notice and an opportunity to remedy are provided where reasonably possible. Immediate suspension is reserved for emergencies, fraud, serious third-party harm, security risks or legal obligations. Users may challenge a measure by contacting hello@siobuilder.com.

9. Availability, support and retention

SIOBuilder has no quantified service-level commitment at launch. Branding Lab gives advance notice of significant maintenance where possible and uses reasonable efforts to diagnose and restore incidents. Support is available through hello@siobuilder.com without a guaranteed response or resolution time. Section restoration and serious-outage refunds are governed by the Terms of Sale.

Projects and generations are retained during the subscription and for twelve months after paid access ends, unless deleted earlier. Retention does not restore paid functions. Users must export material they wish to retain. Contractual evidence, accounting data, security logs and information needed to establish or defend legal rights may be kept for separate statutory periods.

10. SIOBuilder intellectual property

Branding Lab retains all rights in SIOBuilder, including its brand, interface, software, methods, internal instructions, data structures, components and documentation. The subscription grants only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the applicable access period.

11. Changes and governing law

Branding Lab may change SIOBuilder for legal, technical, security or improvement purposes. Material changes affecting an existing subscription are notified on a durable medium before taking effect. Where required by law or by the nature of the change, Users may reject it or cancel without charge. Changes cannot retroactively remove acquired rights or mandatory protections.

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protections granted to Consumers in their country of habitual residence. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction are governed by the Terms of Sale.
