14-day trial terms

General Terms and Conditions of Sale

14-day trial

Special 14-day trial terms. For this trial order, these terms take precedence over general clauses about the initial payment, free access and activation after payment.

Monthly Solo and Studio plans start with 14 consecutive days (336 hours) from the activation confirmed in your account. Solo includes 20 sections in total during the trial; Studio includes 100. Unused trial sections expire at its end. Previously granted credits keep their original terms.

A bank card and consent to recurring charges are required. Mollie verifies the card for €0 with no initial charge. After card verification, you download and confirm that you could save the contract confirmation before activating the trial.

Unless cancelled before the deadline displayed in your account, the accepted first tax-inclusive amount is collected at the end of the 14 days, followed by monthly renewal at the accepted amount. The first and renewal amounts are shown in the summary. Any discount applies to the first positive payment, not the card verification. No automatic overage charges apply.

Cancel in your account during the trial to prevent the first charge and keep trial access until its end. The statutory withdrawal period is separate from this commercial trial. No service charge is due for the 14 free trial days. Statutory withdrawal rights continue to apply.

Your first paid month and new allowance start only after payment confirmation. A failed payment grants no new allowance. The Studio founder price lasts for 12 paid months; continuing at the standard price requires a new customer decision. Annual subscriptions do not include this trial.

1. Service provider and scope

SIOBuilder is operated by Branding Lab, a French SARL with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered office at 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 894 714 401, EU VAT number FR52 894714401. Contact: hello@siobuilder.com. Phone: +33 1 84 16 52 61.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern free and paid access to SIOBuilder. The Terms of Use govern use of the service. The order summary specifies the plan, period, final price and applicable taxes and prevails for those specific details. The order and the accepted version of the terms are recorded; a confirmation is emailed after payment.

2. Consumers and Professional Customers

Before ordering, the Customer must select, with no option preselected:

  • “I am purchasing for my business or professional activity”; or
  • “I am purchasing for personal purposes”.

A French SIRET or VAT number is not a general condition of access. It may be requested, when available, for invoicing or tax purposes. This declaration cannot exclude mandatory consumer protection where the actual purpose of the purchase legally qualifies the Customer as a Consumer.

3. Orders and activation

Before payment, the Customer can review and correct the order, view the price, billing period and taxes, and access these Terms and the Terms of Use. The order becomes binding after the Customer accepts the contractual documents through an unticked checkbox, confirms the obligation to pay, obtains payment authorisation and receives the order confirmation. Paid access is normally activated immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Plans, Sections and validity

PlanFrench reference price including taxSections
FreeEUR 05 Sections, granted once
Solo MonthlyEUR 29 / month20 per month
Solo AnnualEUR 288 / year20 per month
Studio MonthlyEUR 79 / month for 12 monthly periods, then EUR 99 / month100 per month
Studio AnnualEUR 768 for the first year, then EUR 990 / year100 per month

Top-ups: Solo, 20 Sections for EUR 19 or 50 for EUR 45; Studio, 50 Sections for EUR 39 or 150 for EUR 99.

These are French reference prices including 20% VAT. The final price including tax, currency and taxes applicable in the Customer’s country are displayed before payment and calculated from the reference price excluding tax. Monthly allocations expire three months after being granted and top-ups expire twelve months after purchase. There is no maximum cumulative balance, but every allocation retains its own expiry date. Sections are used in this order: oldest purchased top-ups first, then oldest included allocations, before their respective expiry dates.

A Section is used when generation or conversion produces a Section that can be exported to and used in Systeme.io. A successful voluntary regeneration uses another Section. Internal retries and re-exporting an existing result are free. Automatic top-ups are not offered at launch.

5. Payment, taxes and invoices

Branding Lab remains the seller and invoice issuer. Card payments are handled by Mollie for the SIOBuilder profile. The final price including tax in euros is displayed and confirmed before payment. Where an approved tax calculation is not yet available for the Customer’s situation, a review request is created without any charge; the final price must be confirmed after review before the Customer proceeds directly to payment. The Customer must provide accurate billing information.

Business Customers subject to French law only: payment in full at the time of ordering. No discount for early payment. In the event of late payment, interest at an annual rate of three times the French statutory interest rate applicable is due from the day after the due date, without a prior reminder, together with a fixed EUR 40 recovery-cost indemnity.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for an equivalent period at the accepted price unless renewal is cancelled before the next billing date. A move from the founder price to the standard price does not trigger a charge at the higher price without a new Customer decision. The Customer may cancel at any time, free of charge, through the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access remains available until then and no further subscription payment is collected. Confirmation is provided on a durable medium.

Annual-plan renewal information is sent within the applicable statutory notice period. Until that notice can be sent, the annual plan must not be offered for payment.

When paid access ends, generation and conversion are suspended, no new Sections are granted and the account remains available for administration. The unused balance and its remaining validity are frozen for twelve months. They resume if the Customer resubscribes during that period and expire without refund after twelve consecutive months without a paid subscription, subject to mandatory law.

7. Consumer right of withdrawal

A Consumer has fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Withdrawal may be exercised using the model on the Withdrawal page, or an unambiguous statement sent to hello@siobuilder.com.

To obtain immediate access, the Consumer must actively tick unticked checkboxes requesting immediate performance and acknowledging its legal consequences:

I expressly request immediate access to SIOBuilder before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that, if I withdraw after performance has begun, I may be required to pay the amount corresponding to the service supplied up to the date of my notice.

Starting the subscription alone does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Where performance began at the Consumer’s request, the payable amount is calculated in proportion to the days elapsed in the monthly period or over 365 days for an annual plan (366 where applicable). For a top-up, Sections already consumed may remain payable. The balance is refunded to the original payment method within the statutory period.

8. Technical failures, availability and refunds

No Section is charged, or it is restored, where a SIOBuilder malfunction produces no result, a non-exportable result or a technically unusable result. An exportable result usable in Systeme.io may count as successful even where reasonable adjustments are required because of the source code, automated process or disclosed limitations of Systeme.io.

SIOBuilder has no quantified service level or guaranteed restoration time at launch. If the service is entirely inaccessible, or its core generation and conversion features are wholly unusable, for more than 72 consecutive hours, with no reasonable workaround and for reasons not attributable to the Customer, the unavailable period is refunded pro rata against the subscription price. An equivalent extension may replace the refund only with the Customer’s agreement. Announced maintenance and events legally qualifying as force majeure are excluded.

Except where required by law, for an incorrect or duplicate charge, a goodwill decision, statutory withdrawal or the outage above, ordinary cancellation does not entitle the Customer to a refund for the current period or unused Sections.

9. Consumer statutory conformity guarantee

Branding Lab must provide Consumers with a digital service conforming to the contract and is liable for conformity defects throughout the continuous supply period. The Consumer may require conformity free of charge, without unjustified delay and without major inconvenience. Where statutory requirements are met, the Consumer may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract, without prejudice to damages. Disclosed technical limitations do not restrict these mandatory rights.

10. Liability

Consumers

No contractual cap restricts a Consumer’s mandatory guarantees, remedies or right to compensation. Consumers must nevertheless review and test Results before publication.

Professional Customers

Branding Lab is liable only for direct, personal, certain, foreseeable and proven loss causally connected to an established breach. Subject to the exceptions below, total cumulative liability is limited to the amount excluding tax paid by the Professional Customer during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Indirect loss, including indirect loss of revenue, profit, opportunity, customers or reputation, is excluded.

The cap does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, where mandatory law prohibits it or where its application would deprive an essential obligation of its substance. Contractual refunds and restored Sections do not consume the cap, but the same loss cannot be compensated twice.

11. Suspension

Branding Lab may proportionately suspend an account for non-payment, fraud, security risk, breach of the Terms of Use or a legal obligation. Where circumstances allow, the Customer is given notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach. Immediate suspension is reserved for emergencies, fraud, serious third-party harm, security risk or legal obligation. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination, without restricting mandatory Consumer rights.

12. Complaints, mediation and governing law

Complaints must first be sent to hello@siobuilder.com. After an unresolved written complaint, a Consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Branding Lab. The mediator’s details will be added here once the pending membership has been formally approved.

These Terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive a Consumer living in another country of mandatory protection under the law of the Consumer’s habitual residence. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court having jurisdiction under applicable law. For disputes between merchants, after an amicable attempt and subject to mandatory law, the Paris Commercial Court has exclusive jurisdiction.

General Terms of Use

14-day trial

Special 14-day trial terms. For this trial order, these terms take precedence over general clauses about the initial payment, free access and activation after payment.

Monthly Solo and Studio plans start with 14 consecutive days (336 hours) from the activation confirmed in your account. Solo includes 20 sections in total during the trial; Studio includes 100. Unused trial sections expire at its end. Previously granted credits keep their original terms.

1. Purpose

SIOBuilder assists users in converting HTML or page briefs into Sections intended for use in Systeme.io. Supported components and known limitations may change as SIOBuilder and the third-party platform evolve. SIOBuilder is independent from Systeme.io.

2. Account security

Users must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect their login credentials. They are responsible for activity conducted through the account, except for fraudulent use not attributable to them, and must promptly report suspicious access. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to third parties without prior approval.

3. User Inputs

Users retain all rights in text, images, code, files, briefs and other content submitted to SIOBuilder (“Inputs”). They grant Branding Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide licence limited to the time and operations needed to host, technically adapt, analyse, secure and process Inputs and transmit required elements to technical providers involved in supplying the service.

This licence does not allow Branding Lab to use Inputs for advertising, public demonstrations or training its own models without separate consent. Users warrant that they hold all rights, permissions and lawful grounds required for their Inputs. They must not submit unnecessary sensitive data, passwords, secrets, API keys or third-party confidential information.

4. Rights in Results

Users may use, reproduce, modify, integrate and commercialise Results, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and elements owned by Branding Lab or third parties. For each individually delivered and paid Result, to the extent Branding Lab owns transferable economic rights, it assigns to the User the rights of reproduction, representation, communication, adaptation, translation, integration, distribution and commercial exploitation, worldwide, for all lawful purposes, on all media known on the delivery date and for the statutory protection period. Consideration is included in the service price.

No moral rights, third-party rights, SIOBuilder elements or third-party components are assigned. Purely synthetic Results may not qualify for copyright. SIOBuilder does not guarantee legal originality, uniqueness or exclusivity, and similar Results may be supplied to other users.

5. Automated generation and Systeme.io limitations

Results may contain errors, omissions, approximations or unsuitable choices. SIOBuilder does not guarantee pixel-perfect reproduction, compatibility with every codebase, script, effect or component, that no manual adjustment will be needed, any commercial outcome, the complete absence of similarity with third-party material or unchanged operation after changes to Systeme.io. Users must review, test and correct every Result before publication and remain responsible for the final page, its statements, offer and compliance.

These technical limitations do not exclude mandatory statutory guarantees.

6. Successful Sections and technical failures

A technical failure means that no Result is produced, the Result cannot be exported or it is technically unusable due to a SIOBuilder malfunction. It is not charged or gives rise to a restored Section. An exportable Result usable in Systeme.io may count as successful even if reasonable manual changes are required. A successful voluntary regeneration consumes another Section; internal retries and re-exports are free. These rules cannot deem a Result conforming where it breaches a statutory guarantee or an essential characteristic expressly promised.

7. Prohibited uses

Users must not use SIOBuilder to:

  • commit or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or phishing activity;
  • create malware, data-theft mechanisms or security circumvention tools;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights;
  • sexually exploit minors or encourage unlawful violence;
  • process personal data without sufficient rights or lawful grounds;
  • disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent the service beyond statutory rights;
  • resell access without authorisation or expose the service or its providers to a manifestly serious legal, contractual or security risk.

8. Enforcement

Branding Lab may take proportionate measures to prevent abuse, protect the service, respond to reports or comply with law. Prior notice and an opportunity to remedy are provided where reasonably possible. Immediate suspension is reserved for emergencies, fraud, serious third-party harm, security risks or legal obligations. Users may challenge a measure by contacting hello@siobuilder.com.

9. Availability, support and retention

SIOBuilder has no quantified service-level commitment at launch. Branding Lab gives advance notice of significant maintenance where possible and uses reasonable efforts to diagnose and restore incidents. Support is available through hello@siobuilder.com without a guaranteed response or resolution time. Section restoration and serious-outage refunds are governed by the Terms of Sale.

Projects and generations are retained during the subscription and for twelve months after paid access ends, unless deleted earlier. Browser-local copies remain on the Customer’s device until the Customer or browser removes them. Retention does not restore paid functions. Users must export material they wish to retain. Contractual evidence, accounting data, security logs and information needed to establish or defend legal rights may be kept for separate statutory periods.

10. SIOBuilder intellectual property

Branding Lab retains all rights in SIOBuilder, including its brand, interface, software, methods, internal instructions, data structures, components and documentation. The subscription grants only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the applicable access period.

11. Changes and governing law

Branding Lab may change SIOBuilder for legal, technical, security or improvement purposes. Material changes affecting an existing subscription are notified on a durable medium before taking effect. Where required by law or by the nature of the change, Users may reject it or cancel without charge. Changes cannot retroactively remove acquired rights or mandatory protections.

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protections granted to Consumers in their country of habitual residence. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction are governed by the Terms of Sale.

Withdrawal and cancellation

1. Withdrawal compared with cancellation

Withdrawal is a statutory right available to Consumers during the fourteen days after the contract is concluded. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal: it may be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

2. Immediate access and any amount payable

If you expressly requested immediate access and withdraw after performance began, only the part corresponding to the service supplied before your request may remain payable. It is calculated in proportion to the days elapsed in the monthly period or over 365 days for an annual plan, 366 where applicable. For a top-up, Sections already consumed may remain payable. The balance is refunded to the original payment method, without charge, within the statutory period.

3. Model Withdrawal Form

Use of this form is optional. Any clear and unambiguous statement sent within the applicable period is sufficient. Until the dedicated online function is available, the request may be sent to hello@siobuilder.com.

4. Cancel renewal

Cancellation is available directly from the account for an active subscription, without requiring support contact. It does not interrupt the paid period and does not ordinarily trigger a refund for that period. Statutory and contractual exceptions are set out in the Terms of Sale.

Privacy Policy

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

To perform the requested generation or conversion, relevant content, instructions and settings may be transmitted to one or more technical artificial intelligence model service providers. Data is limited to what is required for the feature but may include page content, code, text or briefs supplied by the User.

Where a Professional Customer uploads personal data for its own purposes, that Customer may act as controller and Branding Lab as processor. The applicable data processing agreement must then govern the parties’ respective obligations.

5. Recipients and Service Providers

Personal data may be accessed, only as necessary, by:

  • authorised Branding Lab personnel;
  • Vercel for infrastructure and hosting;
  • Neon for database services;
  • Better Auth for authentication and session-management functions, with account records stored in the SIOBuilder database;
  • Resend for transactional email delivery;
  • technical artificial intelligence model providers;
  • Mollie for card payment processing once payments are enabled;
  • professional advisers, auditors or authorities where legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International Transfers

Some providers or subprocessors may be located outside the European Economic Area or allow access from a third country. Depending on the country, transfers may rely on an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with necessary supplementary safeguards, or another mechanism permitted under Articles 44 to 49 GDPR. SIOBuilder does not guarantee that all data is processed exclusively in the European Union. Information about safeguards may be requested at hello@siobuilder.com, subject to security and commercial confidentiality.

7. Retention Periods

DataRetention period
Account, profile, subscription and access dataFor the life of the account or subscription, then up to 12 months after closure, unless legal archiving is required
Server-held projects, code, briefs, conversations and generationsFor the subscription and 12 months after it ends, unless deleted earlier; browser-local copies cannot be removed remotely
Authentication sessionsUntil expiry or revocation
Technical and security logsUp to 12 months, unless isolated for an investigation
Support correspondenceUntil resolution, then up to 3 years after the last exchange where needed
Invoices and accounting records10 years from the end of the relevant financial year
Evidence of consentFor the processing period and the time needed to demonstrate valid consent

Deleted data is removed from active systems and later from backups according to the applicable rotation cycle, unless legal retention is required.

8. Chrome Extension

The SIOBuilder extension stores the interface language preference locally in Chrome. It operates in the Systeme.io editor to detect the open page and create blocks requested by the User. It no longer uses a licence key, serial number or device identifier to authorise its operation. Uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage removes the local preference.

9. Security

Branding Lab implements appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, secure sessions, encrypted communications, secrets management, security logging and appropriate backups. Users should use a unique password and never place secrets or API keys in a project.

10. Your Rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, portability, withdrawal of consent and post-mortem instructions allowed under French law. Contact hello@siobuilder.com. We normally respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex or numerous requests after notice in the first month. Proportionate identity verification may be requested.

You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL. SIOBuilder’s automated systems generate or convert content at your request but do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects within Article 22 GDPR.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service, providers or law. Users will be informed by an appropriate method where a change is material. The date at the top identifies the applicable version.

Order confirmation archive

Paid order confirmations, accepted terms and delivery evidence are retained separately from projects and generations. They document the purchase and support the rights of both parties. Our policy provides for restricted-access archiving until ten years after the later of contract performance ending or the close of the financial year of payment. This is an archiving policy, not a statement that an identical legal obligation applies to every order. An ongoing subscription is not assigned an assumed end date.

Closing an account does not automatically delete these records. Retention is reviewed once the relevant dates are established; a dispute may justify a documented suspension of deletion. Abandoned acceptances with no payment or financial operation in progress are reviewed for deletion from thirty days after expiry. To request a copy after account closure or exercise your rights, contact hello@siobuilder.com; identity verification may be required. Invoice retention periods remain separate.
